Why coaching now?

Even as a high-achieving, ambitious, and driven individual, you may find yourself grappling with internal struggles that challenge your confidence. Your self-awareness, while a strength, can sometimes work against you, fueling overthinking and self-criticism. Despite your successes, imposter syndrome may creep in, making you question whether your accomplishments are truly deserved. You might second-guess your decisions, replay conversations in your mind, and hold yourself to impossibly high standards, leaving little room for self-compassion.


These internal challenges can make it harder for you to own your success and step more fully into your leadership potential. You may hesitate to act and speak up in situations that would benefit from your intervention. You might avoid conflict or confrontation even while sensing that addressing it could be productive and lead to breakthroughs. Or you might find yourself holding others to your impossibly high standards, disrupting collaboration and breaking down trust.

  • Working as a thought and strategy partner to devise action plans for you and, if applicable, your team;
  • Holding you accountable to your growth goals, professional plans, and strategy execution;
  • If desired, coordinating with your organization to leverage input and accountability from your stakeholders, for powerful 360º support.

Instead, I anchor our sessions and conversations with a structured curriculum based on leadership best practices, providing a concrete sense of progression. This means that in addition to discovering your own insights and reframing your perspectives and limiting beliefs in our conversations, you have access to expert content and guidance.


Through 25 years of experience teaching, coaching, and training high achievers in various roles, I’ve designed an original and exclusive curriculum: The Six Dimensions of Leadership Excellence™. With nearly 200 pages of exclusive and original content, the program offers time tested and evidence based insights, and covers six critical areas of leadership excellence. It combines brief, curated, and focused lessons and includes reflection questions to foster insight and action steps to move you toward implementation and impact.


Our sessions include a combination of addressing your specific challenges through coaching, and discussing your questions, insights, and strategy ideas emerging from the training material I provide. The specific balance of these elements is up to us.

The coaching experience

A typical coaching engagement is 6 months, which provides opportunity for you to work through each of the six dimensions monthly. One-on-one video calls occur twice monthly, and our conversation addresses your current challenges and creates space to process your work through the learning modules. At the conclusion of the engagement, you will receive a certificate attesting to your completion of the program. Clients often extend coaching beyond the 6-month period to address other areas of growth and challenge or to process the material more deeply and implement it more intentionally.
