Devin Singh

Founder and President

Devin is an internationally recognized thought leader, path-breaking author, speaker, and coach, and award-winning scholar working at the intersection of leadership development, ethics, and social theory. He brings over 15 years of experience helping motivated high achievers learn, develop, and succeed. Devin's client work focuses on leadership development, executive and stakeholder centered coaching, mindset and high performance, and ethics. Originally from Northern California, and having lived in or visited over 35 countries, Devin has an MA from University of Chicago and PhD from Yale, and is certified in Stakeholder Centered Coaching®.

Randal Joy Thompson

Senior Strategist and Consultant:

Organizational Development

Randal brings 40 years of experience in international development, organizational change, and leadership practice. As a US Foreign Service Officer for 28 years, she advised governments on improving systems for citizen welfare, economic development, and women’s health and empowerment. She went on to found Excellence, Equity, and Empowerment and has more recently been chief of party to a number of NGO projects globally. She is the author or editor of several books and articles on and speaks regularly about leadership, cross-cultural engagement, and women in leadership. Randal uses appreciative inquiry to advise our clients on organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, inclusive leadership, and managerial best practices. Hailing from Northern California and a true global citizen, Randal holds an MA and MBA from University of Chicago, PhD from Fielding Graduate University, and a certification in organizational development from Georgetown.

Leonard Curry

Antiracism, Inclusion, and Belonging

Leonard is a highly sought after thought leader, intellectual, public speaker, preacher, teacher, and writer whose combination of dark humor, wit, hopeful critique, and cultural analysis keep clients coming back. Leonard has over 10 years of experience addressing racism, antiblackness, gender discrimination, sexual orientation, and disability. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the education, non-profit, and ministerial sectors.  An experienced educator, Leonard has worked with the general public, schools, colleges, and non-profits. He is a trained researcher and a skilled facilitator, combining what he has learned from education, pastoral care, chaplaincy, and church leadership to help clients identify and name blocks to growth, and to push beyond them towards personal, social, and professional equity and inclusion.  Leonard has a BA from Rhodes College, an MA in Teaching from Christian Brothers University, an MDiv and STM from Yale Divinity School, and an MA from Vanderbilt University. Leonard is excited to help clients strengthen the commitment to Antiracism, Inclusion, and Belonging in their organizations and workplaces.
