Leonard is a highly sought after thought leader, intellectual, public speaker, preacher, teacher, and writer whose combination of dark humor, wit, hopeful critique, and cultural analysis keep clients coming back. Leonard has over 10 years of experience addressing racism, antiblackness, gender discrimination, sexual orientation, and disability. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the education, non-profit, and ministerial sectors. An experienced educator, Leonard has worked with the general public, schools, colleges, and non-profits. He is a trained researcher and a skilled facilitator, combining what he has learned from education, pastoral care, chaplaincy, and church leadership to help clients identify and name blocks to growth, and to push beyond them towards personal, social, and professional equity and inclusion. Leonard has a BA from Rhodes College, an MA in Teaching from Christian Brothers University, an MDiv and STM from Yale Divinity School, and an MA from Vanderbilt University.
