Devin Singh is the founder and president of Leadership Kinetics, LLC, where he helps high achievers lead with boldness and authenticity, without sacrificing their values.

With a Ph.D. from Yale and black sash in Shaolin kung fu, Devin understands high achievement. He's a tenured Ivy League professor who has held positions at Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, and Yale.

Devin is an internationally recognized author, speaker, and thought leader in his field, whose work has been featured in Time, HuffPost, and Patheos. He's a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach®, and has trained and coached high impact leaders, start-up founders, and corporate executives. 

None of this came easily or naturally, however. Devin grew up in a single parent home that lacked stability. He didn't have many positive role models for leading an emotionally healthy and successful life. Driven by a desire to flourish despite these challenges, as a teen he began a lifelong journey to learn and apply the keys to personal growth, high performance, and leadership success.

Devin has distilled decades of successful leadership experience and insights from training other high achievers. To this he has added time tested wisdom from his expertise in philosophy, ethics, and the social sciences, creating a program and set of strategies to accelerate your leadership growth and maximize your impact.
