One of the benefits of working with me as your coach is that you get an internationally recognized thought leader, educator, and subject matter expert as well. Most coaches work with you by asking questions to help you discover your own insights. They create space for transformative conversations. This is a powerful methodology, and our sessions will include this.
At the same time, it can be hard to develop a sense of direction and progress with a series of open ended conversations alone. Instead, I anchor our sessions and conversations with a structured curriculum based on leadership best practices, providing a concrete sense of progression. This means that in addition to discovering your own insights and reframing your perspectives and limiting beliefs in our conversations, you have access to expert content and guidance.
Through 25 years of experience teaching, coaching, and training high achievers in various roles, I’ve designed an original and exclusive curriculum: The Six Dimensions of Leadership Excellence™. With nearly 200 pages of exclusive and original content, the program offers time tested and evidence based insights, and covers six critical areas of leadership excellence. It combines brief, curated, and focused lessons and includes reflection questions to foster insight and action steps to move you toward implementation and impact.
Our sessions include a combination of addressing your specific challenges through coaching, and discussing your questions, insights, and strategy ideas emerging from the training material I provide. The specific balance of these elements is up to us.
