Since I was a young adult, I’ve been on a focused journey of personal growth and professional development. Reflective and inquisitive by nature, I'm a lifelong learner, thinker, and creator. I was born into a family burdened by trauma, conflict, and broken relationships. My early life experiences prompted my quest for good models of how to lead and manage myself, my emotions, my relationships, and my sense of purpose and meaning.

I’ve spent my career exploring the nature of leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal and group dynamics, philosophy, religion, and ethics. I've been a student of multiple coaching methods and learning theories.

I’ve worked for decades in roles helping to teach, train, mentor, and coach emerging and established leaders. I've supported founders, executives, managers, educators, and others with leadership responsibilities in highly competitive environments.

I’m a self-reflective, values-driven, motivated high achiever. I've faced the challenges that come with those characteristics. I’ve taken my passion, experience, and hard-won expertise and crafted a set of coaching and training offerings to support people like you.
